Ameristar® Fences use clamped brackets to attach around the post. Other fences attach the rail with a small screw, which not only weakens the post, it also creates an unsightly finish which can easily become loose. On top of that, a punched hole will allow water to enter.  When this expands during a freeze, the post can burst apart.

These fences are all made with all routed construction.  The pickets are routed through the rail, not screwed on.  They are then secured with a high quality rubber grommet to ensure than your fence remains tight and rattle free for years.

Ameristar® uses the same technology for coating that has been proven in the automobile industry, ensuring coverage of all surfaces.  This multi-layer system starts with a pretreatment wash with zinc phosphate, followed by a duplex cathodic E-Coat system of epoxy primer and an acrylic topcoat. All this protection is meant to withstand even the toughest, most adverse weather conditions.
