At A.V.O. you will find that most of our items are shipped FREE via U.P.S. ground to anywhere in the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii please call for shipping and handling information. We do not ship outside the U.S.A. Items can be sent directly to your home or as a gift to the home of a friend. Sales tax will not be added to orders shipped outside of MA, but orders shipped inside MA will be assessed a 6.25% sales tax. A.V.O. will accept return items if they are received back within 21 days. The return shipping charges would not be refunded by A.V.O, but a full credit for the product will be given so long as the returned item has all parts and is still in brand new, un-used condition.
